Research On Criminal Investigation Of Counterfeit Money Selling On The Internet

Selling counterfeit drugs not only undermines the normal market economic order,but also causes the whole society’s sustained worries about drug safety issues.In the era when the network is popularized and is developing rapidly,the suspects often use the network as a platform to implement the crime of selling counterfeit drugs.Compared with traditional cases,the crime of selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet puts forward new requirements for investigation of evidence,which seriously endangers the user’s life and health rights and social stability.The full text consists of four parts.The first section is about an overview of selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet.It introduces the research summary,research significance and research method of the crime of selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet,defined what is selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet,analyzed the differences between selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet and selling fake and shoddy products on the Internet in three aspects: the attribute of goods,the infringement of legal interests and the social harms.It summarizes the types,characteristics of criminal cases,sells counterfeit drugs and analyzes the reasons of such cases at the same time.The second part,the investigation difficulties of the public security organs on network sales of counterfeit drug case in current.Combined with the actual handling of public security organs experience,summed up in the network sales of counterfeit drug cases in the process of investigation of clues to the source,the investigation and evidence collection and identify crime,the suspect anti-reconnaissance ability,cracked the entire sales network difficult and investigation of cooperation and mechanism of the difficulties.The third part,the investigation countermeasures of selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet.This is the core of this article.Putting forward the concrete investigation countermeasure on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the previous case and the summary of the investigation.This paper expounds the specific investigation countermeasures and methods from three aspects: the investigation of the performance of the crime of selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet,the suggestions to strengthen the basic work of the investigation and the establishment of the investigation mechanism of the crime of selling counterfeit drugs.The fourth part,measures of improving the fight against selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet.Mainly to improve the criminal law in food and drug,enhance corporate responsibility and platform responsibility,to strengthen anti-counterfeit drugs publicity and education.As a pretty new form of crime,this paper hoped to strengthen the research on criminal cases of selling counterfeit drugs on the Internet from the point of view of investigative practice.The author analyzed the current investigative dilemma and put forward effective investigative countermeasures in combination with cases,so as to play a certain guiding role in the investigation practice of such cases.
