Research On The Cultivation Of Students' Professional Quality In Police Colleges

The cultivation of students' professional quality in the police colleges is the inevitable choice for "construction of the police with high quality ".At present,China is in the period of social transformation and the deep water area of reform and all kinds of social contradictions have been highlighted.Heavy police work exposes the embarrassment of inadequate police.How to play the current police force to deal with the social contradictions and conflicts has become the focus of the study."Police improvement theory without growth" points out the direction for improving the professional quality of the police.The research on the professional quality training of in-service police has been fully studied.However,the cultivation of students' professional quality in police colleges has not been systematically studied.If police colleges as the cradle of reserve officer training can use the advantages of running schools,explore the effective path of cultivating professional quality and cultivate the professional quality with good theory and practical convergence,they can not only meet the needs of the students to take their first jobs as the police,but also enhance the potential of the students' career development.Focusing on the cultivation of students' professional quality in police colleges,guided by Marxist epistemology and constructivism learning theory,the paper builds supporting system for the cultivation of students' occupation quality in police colleges through competency model analysis on the types and levels of quality required for police career,which takes the idea and the target as the guide,and the path and means as the content.The paper is structured as follows: In the first part,through the analysis of the background,theoretical and practical significance for the selected topic,especially for review of the domestic and foreign research on police occupation quality materials,the paper puts forward the theme of students' professional quality cultivation in police colleges,determines the research ideas and methods,and puts forward the direction of theory innovation;In the second part,the paper sorts out the concepts including occupation,quality,professional quality,and forming.Meanwhile,the connotation of police professional quality cultivation is clarified.The analysis of Marxist epistemology,constructivism learning theory and competency theory has become the theoretical basis for the police college students' professional quality cultivation;In the third part,through combing context and summarizing the characteristics of the cultivation of students' professional quality in the police colleges in every historical stage of our country,the trend of the cultivation of students' professional quality in the police colleges is found;Through the analysis of the cultivation methods of students' professional quality in the foreign police colleges,the experience reference of the cultivation of students' professional quality in the police colleges is found;In the fourth part,based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the personnel training in China's police colleges,the causes of the problems are found,which points out the direction for improving the cultivation of students' professional quality in police colleges in China;In the fifth part,the paper defines the concept and goal of the cultivation of students' professional quality in police colleges,find two ways to improve the students' professional quality in police colleges and puts forward a series of training and promotion means,which is guided by teachers and takes students' conscious cultivation as the main line,which provides an effective way for the whole,the whole process and a full range of professional quality cultivation.
