Research On The Participation Of The People’s Congress In The Grass Roots Social Governance

With the gradual transformation of grassroots social governance in China,In social management innovation,As a member of the state authority,NPC deputies with a broad,representative,advanced and other most unique advantages,this paper reviews the current situation of the deputies in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City,and uses the statistical analysis method to analyze and analyze the performance of the deputies to the grassroots people’s congresses.Combined with specific cases,the specific analysis of the Guangzhou Yuexiu District People’s Congress in the participation of community governance in the practice and role,as well as local people and representatives in the investigation put forward their practical problems encountered,for the author through the analysis to solve the outstanding problems to provide a reliable help.The paper consists of six parts,including introduction,theoretical explanation,description of the status quo,concrete practice,reason and countermeasures.The first part of the introduction elaborated the research focus of this article is in the grassroots specific environment,explore the NPC deputies to participate in grassroots social governance effective path.This paper introduces the relevant research background and research significance,and combs the research literature of the deputies’ participation in grassroots social governance,and clarifies the overall frame structure of research ideas and papers.The second part mainly explains the related concepts and theories of this paper.The research environment is the grassroots society,the object is the NPC deputies in this environment,the main body of the study is involved in social governance in the process of the occurrence of multiple problems and behind the causes,laid the foundation of the paper.The third part mainly elaborates the present situation of the NPC deputies’ participation in social governance,including the advantages,ways and fields of participation.The fourth part introduces the relevant cases and statistical data of the grassroots social governance in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City,and expounds the present situation of its participation in governance,as well as the composition of the deputies and the social security mechanism,including case analysis.The fifth part is based on the previous research on the basis of refraction and perspective of the NPC deputies to participate in grassroots social governance of the main problems,a deeper discussion of the NPC deputies to participate in grassroots social governance reasons.The sixth part of the real situation for further study.To identify the current constraints of the NPC deputies involved in governance an important factor.The sixth part,combined with the analysis results of the fourth and fifth parts,puts forward that it should formulate the mechanism of interaction with the NPC deputies,System protection and other aspects to start,in order to promote the NPC deputies better participate in the process of grass-roots governance in the process.
