The campus network is a kind of borrowing on the Internet technology development as the foundation combined with the formation of private lending lending,which is a new model of lending poses a challenge to our current laws.Many of the campus everywhere "borrow treasure,school loan" ads,thousands of students involved in a campus network lending event.Even the recent "campus naked credit event.At present,the campus network lending in China is a" weak supervision,weak regulation problems emerge in an endless stream ",and only as soon as possible to develop network lending legal system can perfect to get rid of the situation.This paper focuses on the second part and the third part,the author hopes that through the analysis of legal relationship lending in the campus network,summed up the legal relationship of the destruction of the original behavior,explore the reasons for these illegal and criminal acts,so as to find out the defects in the legal regulation of lending network,in order to pave the way for the final perfect regulation of lending legal campus network.This paper in accordance with the following ideas: first,to explore briefly the connotation of campus network lending and loan nude events;secondly,straighten out the civil legal relationship of campus network lending,lay the foundation of legal theory;thirdly,summarizes the easy to appear in the network lending in the process of civil illegal acts and criminal behavior,the outstanding problems;then,analysis of the causes of illegal behavior and crime is the lack of legal regulations,the campus network lending in which the lack of legal regulation Finally,put forward some suggestions.
