Into the second year of twenty-first Century,the level of our economy into the forefront of the world,the national standard of living has been improved as a whole,with a qualitative leap in the past ten years.In our country,the wealth,power,identity and status of the majority of people are at the same level.A person's occupation identity is a symbol of social status,in the background of contemporary society,to realize the occupation of upward mobility,improve the social status,is much more difficult than the social transformation of the last century in 90 s.After 30 years of reform and opening up,economic development has the ability to absorb China strong and compatible ability,but it also means that the diversity and richness of the economic model,so the diversity and richness of the social and economic development has created our era unique creative ability.Ability to acquire knowledge is the keyWith the development of science and technology,large state-owned enterprises are facing the problem of transformation and upgrading.Industrial workers are also faced with unprecedented technological innovation,mastering new technology,innovation ability,and do a combination of new talents are the new responsibility of the workers.At present,the majority of workers are only engaged in their own specialized industry of technical education,not up to the level of cross industry operations,the lack of knowledge of the complex,the ability to integrate,thinking and other aspects of quality.Workers become a compound talent is the key to promote the upward flow of positions.This paper analyzes the phenomenon.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part gives a detailed description of the research background,research significance and research ideas and methods;the second part,I selectChangchun FAW Jiaxin companyas a research object;in the third part,the dilemma of the influence of continuing education on the upward mobility of enterprise workers;the forth part,given the continuing education workers of state-owned enterprises to realize the feasibility of occupation flows through the various aspects of the situation,in order to solve practical problems with constructive suggestions.
