Research On The Strategy Of The People’s Armed Police Speech Right Acquirement And Construction In Contingencies Disposal

The People’s Armed Forces as the backbone of the emergency disposal of the event,often arrived at the scene in the first time,a comprehensive grasp of a variety of information development and change events.Its every move is the focus of attention of the media Armed police forces in the disposal of emergencies,the timely and effective information dissemination,public opinion guidance and the discourse power control whether or not,directly affect the process of emergency disposal,affecting the image of the armed police forces in the minds of the people.Therefore,it has become a top priority to improve the information communication mechanism and the right of discourse of the armed police force to deal with the emergency information dissemination mechanism.Firstly,the paper introduces the process,theory and characteristics of the information dissemination of the emergency,summarizes the basic situation of the information dissemination of the armed police forces in Tibet and Xinjiang,analyzes the problems and the primary cause.Finally,according to the basic principles and methods of non war military action "public opinion war",the paper gives the basic countermeasures of the construction of the emergency d isposal of the armed police force.Based on the theory of Journalism and communication,crisis management and system theory,this paper gives the Countermeasures of the construction of the emergency response to the emergency,which promotes the research on the theory and method of the construction of the public support.
