Over the past thirty years,with the degree of China form and opening up increasing,the construction of our country in material civilization and spiritual civilization have been developing rapidly.Throughout the development of reform and opening up in the past forty years,the change of our country from politics,economy to social culture construction is huge.Along with the development and change of the society,our country’s moral pattern presents a characteristic of the times.From the whole point of view,at present,our country’s moral theme is positive and healthy,But in recent years,a large number of social moral indifference,moral disorder events emerge more and more.Such as Foshan "little Yue Yue" events,"Fan Paopao" incident,Chengdu "Seats" as the representative of moral indifference events continuously occur.And "Fear to help old man who fall down the ground","Fear to save who in trouble on the road","Be framed when rescued someone" such as these phenomenons are also emerge abound.These incidents of moral indifference have aroused great concern and reflection of the public.The phenomenon of "moral indifference" has became the pain of the current socialist moral construction and has became a focus problem to be solved urgently in today’s society.Whether it is in social management,academic researchers,educators or the masses of ordinary individuals are all urgently seeking a way to solve the "moral indifference" problem effectively.In the process of consulting and learning the past literature for "moral indifference".Found that the domestic scholars expound the cause of formation and countermeasures of moral indifference from different research areas and different perspectives.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign research,this paper starts with the analysis of the connotation of moral indifference from the perspective of Marx’s moral theory,and analysis problem of moral indifference.In order to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the moral indifference,find an effective way to eliminate the problem of moral indifference in the end.The paper analyzes the main idea of moral indifference from five aspects:they are the moral indifferent in the social management,the moral indifference in the interpersonal relationship,the moral indifference of the stranger,the moral indifference of the network world and the moral indifference of the public opinion.Through analysis we can summarize the moral indifference will lead to misleading social and moral life,influence the image of the party and the government,encourage social bad habits,and weaken the moral hazard and so on.On the basis of these,this paper further expounds the five main reasons of moral indifference in China: they are the negative effect of the market economy,social management idea distortion,school moral education misconduct,mass media guidance system is not completely and the individual benefit maintenance mechanism in moral behavior is lagging behind.Finally,the effective way to resolve the current moral indifference in China should start at the comprehensive upgrade of social and moral level,building a fair and just economic social order,strengthen the correct guidance of public opinion and further promote the process of moral law enforcement and so on.Trying to solve the problem of moral indifference of the current Chinese society and to make a more in-depth,comprehensive study.
