A Study On The Governance Dimension Of Moral Indifference In Contemporary Chinese Society

Social moral indifference is not only refers to the human emotional indifference in the society and lack of moral sympathy or negative in the moral practice and inaction but also include moral emotional experience and feelings in the social space.However,this experience and feelings not only comes from other people,but also from the whole society,which is confusion and anxiety of the lack of moral satisfaction in the social space.Concretely analysis,the reason of moral indifference is not only simply lies in the human alienation and indifference in social space,but based on the social economy,social structure,social form of dramatic transformation in the period of socialTransformation in contemporary China.On the one hand,social transformation means the rapid development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards and self-consciousness;On the other hand,social problems caused by various conflicts in social transition are frequent,and new moral demands and new moral concepts are generated.Mr.Zhang Kang-zhi had pointed out that in a single social relationship the personal social value is in the form of virtue,but the period of social transformation,facing the social complexity and uncertainty it will need to change the status of the social value carrying by a person.In other words,we need to construct an organic security system with society as the main carrier.On the one hand,it makes the social order reasonably regulated;On the other hand,it makes moral intention clear from unreasonable factors of self-moral choice."The key to strengthening and value of social moral governance lies in the construction of an organic normative system to promote "harmony between people" and "social stability and order".In the accelerating transformation of society the development of market economy and the process of urbanization indicate the Chinese society’s "diversification,diversification" steps towards the world.At the same time,as a result of failure of the traditional bureaucracy management mode in multiple areas and the immaturity of the development of market economy,the limited of the market management,the face of the lag in transition economy,politics,culture and moral problems in areas coming.As a problem oriented multiple concepts,modern governance theory is an open cooperative management mode adapted to the open social mode In terms of its reality.In the context of the accelerating transformation of China’s contemporary society,the concept of"governance" has also begun to apply to the social and moral fields of China.The dimension of contract governance is the logical basis of social system legitimacy and authority in modern society.Contract management is the governance mechanism by contract agreement to participate in the transaction management in the public domain which builds on the basis of good faith,mutual benefit and embodies interactive cooperation between social subjects,in order to realize the social equality,freedom,justice,legal responsibilities clear.It is the maximum order contradiction in the public domain to allow the members to be differentiated in the diversified public space and to ensure the maximization and legitimacy of the members’ interests.There is no doubt that only the social subject’s form the public will through voluntary contracting thus producing the authority of universal binding force which is the validity of generating rules.Social cooperative governance includes governance objectives,governance objects and governance bodies,including the governance mechanism,namely the operating mode under the social system and system rules,namely the mode,power and so on.It can form a center of government or social organization,social group to form collaboration or cooperation governance model,aimed at giving full play to the advantages of main body function to solve social problems and contradictions.Network governance,with the development of the Internet in recent years,gradually became an indispensable part of social life.Xi Jin-ping emphasized "Internet thinking","network public opinion guide" and other views.He also cleared that the development level of"informatization" should be included in the goal of building a well-off society.Given the traits as broad participation,convenient,open,shared,cooperation,public BBS and the unique advantages on constructing order of public discourse,the network in the form of technology platform become a new moral lead and shape the new moral community space.So,contract,collaborative,network governance dimension formed the organic unity from the subject to the technology with its peculiar form to use its management advantages of flexibility,level,efficiency while constructed suitable for "self-discipline"moral order.This is not only the reasonable orientation of contemporary Chinese social moral indifference management but also the stage of modern development of the historic requirement of Chinese society,especially the Xi Jin-ping’s scientific practice after the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)that "rule of law,democracy and social" governance.
