Study On Location Of Oil Depots In Armed Police Forces

Military oil logistics is an important branch of military logistics.For the Armed Police Force,the military oil depot is an important part of the oil supply to the grassroots units,which is an important unit of the army logistics support.Therefore,how to choose the correct depot site,optimize the military fuel transport program has a high military significance and economic value for the armed police logistics work.Under the guidance of system thought and the method of optimization,this paper studies the selection of the Armed Police Force oil depot site.At the same time,considering the diverse characteristics of the armed forces performing tasks(such as the disposal of mass incidents,counter-terrorism,rescue,etc.),in order to ensure efficient work under the premise of the troops,this paper also considers the social environment,natural environment,safety and other factors surrounding the library site.There are many objective factors involved in the siting of military oil depots,both qualitative and quantitative.In this paper,through the analysis of characteristics of various factors,many objective factors are divided into the two categories of factors,and then use the qualitative methods of location optimization options,and then use the quantitative method to obtain the optimal location scheme.Before the establishment of the quantitative model,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to establish the qualitative evaluation model.Through the solution of the model,the candidate database is selected in the large number of primary selections.Secondly,based on the selected alternative site,a quantitative optimization model of multi-target location is established,and the model is solved by PSO(Particle Swarm Algorithm)to establish the final optimal location scheme.Finally,the application model is validated for the model and theory of this paper,and the optimal scheme is obtained by the algorithm.
