An Analysis On The Public Security System Against Dangerous Goods In The Field Of Express Delivery

With the rapid development of science and teconology,the more and more extensive use of dangerous goods,which can cause security problems such as violent terrorist crime,other criminal offences and disasters,pose a great threat to public security.In our country,there is a strict control of dangerous goods,prohibiting people from sending dangerous goods by express.However,there are still many incidents such as toxic courier and express explosion.From these incidents,we can find the flaws existing in the security protection in express industry,including imperfect law system and inadequate efforts to carry out systems such as real-name registration,mail inspection and security check.There is an urgent need to find ways to prevent and control the carrying of dangerous goods illegally,which is still a common problem today.According to the early-warning system of social public order,there are some ways to solve the problems above.In this Big Data era,the public security organ should improve information sharing.By the allocation and analysis of original information,they can issue early-warning in time,so that express enterprises can take preventive measures.Meanwhile,learning from the experience of public security management in large-scale social activities,they can introduce risk assessment mechanism into express industry.The mechanism can help to depose security resources reasonably,reducing costs in a maximum while preventing risks.Specifically,each step of the whole process,including collection,delivery and sorting,should be increasingly protected,so that the risk can be reduced.In the stage of collection,an innovation is needed.The public security organ should improve face recognition system,and meanwhile improve the enforcement of security check,ensuring the couriers inspecting mails as required;In the stage of sorting and security check,the express enterprises should enhance the capability of security inspection equipments to make up for the negligence caused by people;In the stage of delivery,the public security organ should train couriers for emergency management capability.By promoting the level and ability of safety management,excluding dangerous goods totally from express delivery industry under a comprehensive and teconology-based prevention and control system.
