The Research Of Network Media Literacy Of The Leading Cadres Of Public Security Under Governing With The News

With the rapid development of media,especially online media,the party and government attach great importance to governing with the news.In this context,the promotion of network media literacy becomes an important part of the party and government leading cadres at all levels.The leading cadres of public security is the important power of our party and government,so promoting the public security cadres' network media literacy is inevitable for the national political security,and the modernization of social governance;And is necessary to respond effectively to the incidents involving police,to innovate and develop public security work,and improve the ability of leading cadres of public security.Set in the current news executive environment,this paper researches on the public security cadres' network media literacy.Based on the theory of science of leadership and media literacy,this paper discusses the meaning of promoting the public security cadres' network media literacy and the requirements to the public security cadres at all levels.This paper made a construction of the public security cadres' network media literacy from three aspects: the top,middle and basic level,and cleared the public security cadres' network media literacy at all levels,which is mastering the network,accepting the supervision of public opinion consciously,communicating with the netizen,disposing the incidents involving police.That is to resolve,innovate and executive with the aid of network science.Using questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the current situation of public security cadres with some basic and middlelevel public security leaders as the object of the research.Based on this,this paper puts forward the way of improving the public security cadres' network media literacy: changing ideas and mentality,strengthen study and practice,innovative training methods,strengthen the communication with new media,guide and constrain with the system,etc.
