Crime Prevention And Control Of Child Abuse In Chinese Family

Child abuse occurred in Chinese family seriously infringe on the rights and interests of the children;affect children's healthy development and bring serious harm to the family,society and country.It is very crucial to study how to control and prevent such crime for child protection practice.The study of crime phenomenon and reason is the precondition of criminal prevention and control.The study analyzes 1100 cases of crime reported by the media between 2000-2016,summarizes rules and characteristics of such crime phenomenon;discusses reasons and danger of it;and put forward views on the prevention and control of child abuse crime.Meanwhile,the study also concludes status quo of child abuse crime prevention and control at home and abroad in order to compare and analyze the shortcoming of criminal prevention and control of child abuse in our country.The thesis has five parts:The first part mainly defines the concept of child abuse crime in the family.First of all,it makes it clear of reasonable use of the word "child abuse crime”;Secondly,it defines the concept of children;Thirdly,it clarifies the definition of "child abuse";Finally,it defines the concept of child abuse crime in the family.The second part mainly discusses the basic questions of the prevention and control of child abuse in the family.Firstly,it defines the concept of crime prevention and control of child abuse in the family;Secondly,it discusses the current difficulties to carry out crime prevention and control;Finally,it proves the feasibility of child abuse crime prevention and control in our country.The third part targets the crime phenomenon and reason of child abuse in the family.First,it analyzes the crime phenomenon through case study in order to summarize the characteristics of child abuse crime regarding space features,abused children,abusers,etc.Secondly,it discusses reasons of occurrence of such crimes,such as social factor,family factor,and children factor,etc.The fourth part is about investigation of the present situation of crime prevention and control of child abuse at home and abroad.The study discusses it from four aspects: advance crime prevention and control of child abuse;discovery and beforehand intervention of maltreated children and child abuse,inwards control and afterwards control of child abuse.The fifth part suggests how to perfect the crime prevention and control of child abuse in Chinese family.Based on the previous analysis and experiences of foreign countries and regions,the study puts forward related measurements from aspects of legislation,organizations and victimization prevention.
