Research On The Role Of Government In The Construction Of Regional Innovation System In Guangzhou

In today’s economic globalization,the ability of regional innovation has become the decisive factor in the economic competition.The situation of regional innovation system has important practical significance for the development and economy of different regions.Therefore,to promote the construction of regional innovation system,and constantly enhance the ability of regional innovation,fundamentally enhance the competitiveness of the region,has become the key to promote regional economic development and important content.Regional innovation system emphasizes the whole region as an organic innovation system.In the organic innovation system,the main actors play different roles in the process of collaborative innovation.In particular,the local government by virtue of its special identity to complete other innovative subjects can not achieve the system functions.Therefore,we must recognize that the local government plays a role in regional innovation system,accurate positioning of government functions,to ensure the healthy functioning of the regional innovation system,promote the healthy,sustained and rapid development of regional economy and national economy.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly explains the background and significance,research status at home and abroad about technological innovation,regional innovation system and the government in the regional innovation system in the role of the focus of the analysis,and introduces the research ideas of this paper.The second chapter based on previous related research and defines the regional innovation system and the role of government;the concept and theoretical articles involved in the technology innovation theory,regional innovation theory and government function theory are summarized.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the development of Guangzhou regional innovation system and the status quo of the role of the government,and on this basis,the paper discusses the problems existing in the Guangzhou municipal government.The fourth chapter analyzes the role of the government in the construction of the regional innovation system at home and abroad,and summarizes the experience for the reference of the Guangzhou municipal government in the construction of the regional innovation system.In the fifth chapter,based on the analysis above,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the role ofthe government in the regional innovation system of Guangzhou.
