House as a function of living commodities,have an important impact.for people’s lives and business development.Therefore,it should be based on respecting the law of market economy,relying on the real estate industry to carry out macro adjustment.Affected by economic development and political system,China’s real estate industry entered a period of rapid development in the early twenty-first Century.But at the same time,the real estate industry has also produced a series of problems,which are embodied in the legal constraints,the allocation of responsibilities,the protection of private rights,etc..The real estate industry is an important part of China’s economy,but also a key factor affecting economic development.It should carry out macro-control law,the relevant legal system based on the real estate industry macroeconomic regulation and control as the research perspective,in general is divided into the basic problems existing in the process of regulation,combined with foreign advanced experience to propose targeted construction strategy,analyzes from the aspects of land,tax and legal laws and regulations,in order for me the scientific and reasonable regulation of the real estate industry to make theoretical contribution.
