With the advent of new social media such as blog,microblog and wechat,the media ecology has undergone unprecedented changes.In the we-media era,the press freedom is growing,the news material is more available and the news spreads faster.However,we-media also bring some problems correspondingly,such as rumor and illegal information dissemination,event of network public opinion.All these things test the ability of government in media supervision and management.as the manager of society,it is necessary for government to moderate intervention in the network public opinion,also help we-media play its positive role in order to provide motivation of harmonious society development.Based on the forefront of reform and opening-up guangdong province as the research object,analyzes the guangdong province mass incidents network public opinion development present situation,characteristics,using the literature research and case analysis,the present situation of the network public opinion management as the breakthrough point,in guangdong province found and summed up the current our country government on the problems existing in the management of network public opinion and deficiency,analyzing the reasons for these problems,and it brings negative impact;And according to our government to the problems existing in network public opinion management,put forward the corresponding solution strategy thinking,traditional people-oriented,more attention to the participation of citizens,right to know and say,at the same time to improve the function of the network information age of new media,strengthening the construction of government web platform,establish perfect and effective monitoring,early warning mechanism,improve the relevant legal system,cultivate relevant professional talents,etc.
