| In recent years,the cooperation of radio and television industry between international radio and TV industry getting more closer.Outstanding TV program made by the international media company were introduced to China.Those TV program are popular in China.Such as "The Voice of China" continues to refresh the domestic variety show ratings record,its advertising revenue also continues refresh record,When the international popular TV format constantly being introduced to China,China TV program has become a wind of "clone",the homogenization of programs continue to increase,which triggered a copyright dispute.This paper have analyzed the history and the current situation and problems of the TV show,and combined with the actual situation of transaction among the European and American countries and China,in order to analyze the protection of the domestic TV show.This paper consist of five parts,namely the protection path concept review.The the origin and development way of TV show in China.the copyright dispute situation and focus of TV formats.the creative book and TV formats in the copyright law.How to protect TV formats in China.In the part of introduction,the writer have explain the research methods and the innovations of the study.the paper summarized some involved legal concepts.the second part reviews the origin and development of the domestic TV show;the third part mainly dispute the situation of TV formats copyright,and summarizes several major focus of the TV formats copyright;the fourth part is to show whether the creative book belongs to in copyright law;In the last,according to the mode of copyright case in other countries,combined with the actual situation of TV formats,the paper put forward their own views on the protection of TV formats in China. |
