The rapid development of network technology led to the rapid growth of network economy,gave rise to the network shopping this new way to trade.The emergence of online transaction that we must attach great importance to the online shopping consumer rights and interests protection.This article attempts to first involved for online consumers' right to know,right of privacy,security,the right of fair trading right and a theoretical preliminary discussion of the claim,and specific points out that China's online shopping consumer rights and interests protection,some problems and the researches in the causes of these problems,and on the basis of the analysis of the above problems,targeted on how to solve the online shopping consumers rights protection in China put forward its own ideas and Suggestions.Online shopping consumer rights and interests because of the lag of the law is faced with inadequate protection,therefore this article attempts through the theory of the problem,problem analysis and countermeasures and Suggestions,hoping to topic and cause academic attention to this problem,so as to promote our country consumer rights and interests protection law.
