In order to assist the people with difficulties in finding jobs,China has formulated a series of regulations,initially formed China's employment assistance system.But the current implementation of the effect is not ideal,many basic laws and regulations have not been developed yet,employment assistance can not do it well.Under the current background,Guangdong Province,as the most populous province and the most economically developed province,the pressure of employment is particularly huge.According to their own situation,how to satisfy the local needs of the employment assistance system,in order to solve their own province Employment assistance,it is the content of this essay to discuss.This paper firstly introduces the basic principles of the employment assistance system,including the definition of a series of concepts related to employment assistance,and clarifies the system connotation of employment assistance from the aspects of object,measure,principle,procedure,supervision and relief.At the same time,it summarizes the development course of China's employment assistance system and lays the theoretical foundation for further study of employment assistance system.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the employment assistance system in Guangdong and analyzes the problems in the process of system construction.Thirdly,it introduces the experience of some developed countries in solving the problem of employment assistance to improve the employment assistance system of Guangdong.Finally,it summarizes the contents of the article,constructing the employment assistance system in Guangdong Province in three parts,include changing of the system idea,improving the system and eliminating the inequality of employment assistance system.
