Research On The Characteristics Of The Three Elections Of The Government Of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region

Election is the cornerstone of our party's construction of democratic politics.It is also an important guarantee to win people's support and trust,and to lead the people to push the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new stage.The government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region organized three elections,which promoted the construction of democratic politics and made Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region become the most important democratic base in the whole country from May 1937 to March 1946.The study of the characteristics of the three elections of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region has important implications and significance for us to carry out the election work.The introduction part made a brief statement of the research significance of the three elections' characteristics,the current research situation of academia on this issue,research ideas and research methods,election profiles and related theories and innovations.The text part takes the four main features of the research summary as the main chapters of this paper: First,combining universal elections and direct elections.Discussing from the universality of the election scope and the directness of the election methods to conclude that the combination of the universal election and the direct election plays a role in the protection of the democratic rights of voters and the exercise of democratic rights.Second,combining the election work and education propaganda.This chapter starts with the necessity of the combination of election work and publicity and education and the of propaganda,and then,it analyzes and discusses the function and influence of voters' democratic political consciousness and election work.Thirdly,combining the election work with the construction of the Three-three regime.This chapter discusses the reasons and inevitability of the combination of the two,and the way of election and implementation of the Three-three regime,and then,it sums up the influence and functions of the combination of the two factors on democracy.Fourthly,combining electoral work and inspection of the government.This chapter discusses from the way and uses of combination of the election work and checking government work,and check the work of the government on the election supervision function.From the view of the electorates,it made an analysis of a direct impact of the combination of the two on the voters.Finally,from the view of the characteristics of the three election of the border government,it sums up four useful points for today's election work.This paper uses the method of the unity of literature analysis,historical materialism and dialectical,and collects government newspaper and literature.in the situation of possession of a large number of historical conditions,combing and analyzing of the background process and effect of the three elections.A summary of the characteristics of the election is conducted in the light of the combination of commonness and individuality.It is discussed from the point of view of the election features,which brings direct enlightenment and reference to today's election work.This is the innovation of this paper.
