Study On The Song Dynasty Administrative Supervision System

The problem of corruption is complicated and secret,and it will cause enormous economic losses to the whole society.At present,the mission of anti-corruption is in a crucial stage in China,the effectiveness of which is related to the image of our government.For solving the problem of corruption,it's the most effective means to establish a normalized and scientific anti-corrosion system,which can substantively promote the task of anti-corruption in China.It's such a practically meaningful way by taking preventive measures instead of punishment afterwards.Chinese traditional civilization is a valuable asset of our country,and the wisdom and excellent cultures in the long history of administration in ancient China are of great referential significance to the current mission of prevention corruption in China.The Song Dynasty is in the important transition period of ancient China,faced with many problems and different kinds of challenges.Under such a context,the Song dynasty sustained for almost 300 years.The position of monarch and the rights of central authorities were always stable,and there was no serious regional division in this period.In addition to the enhancement of the ruling measures,the strict administrative supervision system also played a important role.China is in an important period of transition,with opportunities and challenges existing side by side.It's affirmative for us to achieve some beneficial enlightenment about how to reform our current administrative supervision system by the exploration of the Song Dynasty administrative supervision system.This paper aims to objectively analyze the Song Dynasty administrative supervision system,based on the perspective of the preventing corruption system theory,with a view to the exploration of how to improve the preventive efficacy of the current system,by using some methods such as literature research and comparative and historical analysis.The main content of this article includes four parts: The first part is anoverview.Firstly,the two concepts of "supervision" and "administrative supervision" are briefly described,which are related to the concept of "administrative supervision".Secondly,the author makes a brief introduction of the preventing corruption system theory.Then the writer introduces the developing history of the administrative supervision system in ancient China,and clarifies the historical status of the Song Dynasty administrative supervision system.Finally,the importance of the preventing corruption system theory in the study of administrative supervision system is described.The second part is the detailed elaboration of the Song Dynasty administrative supervision system from the perspective of the preventing corruption system theory.Its main content,characteristics and functions are all involved in this part.The third part analyzes the problems that the administrative supervision system of the Song Dynasty exists during the process of preventing corruption,and explores the causes.The fourth part is the core part of this article,that is,the modern revelation for the modern China: The Song Dynasty administrative supervision system has four aspects Referential significance for promoting the establishment of the China's contemporary system of prevention of corruption.Those are the improvement of the four links during the institution running process,the amelioration of the institutional environment,the matching of different systems and the combination of "education","punishment" and "prevention".
