The Grid Management:Research Of The Construction Of CPC Conduct And Of A Clean Government In Rural Grassroots

The construction of CPC conduct and of a clean government in rural grassroots is the important foundation of the Construction of CPC conduct and of a clean government.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of CPC conduct and of a clean government in rural grassroots,to further improve the relationship between the party and the masses,the relationship between cadres and the masses,and enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion of grassroots party organizations,improve the ruling position of the party and promote social harmony and stability.However,since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the problems in the process of promoting the construction of CPC conduct and of a clean government in rural grassroots have become increasingly apparent,such as grassroots "micro-corruption" damage the vital interests of the masses,party members and cadres service is not satisfied and so on.In recent years,the rise of the grid management is applied to a model of urban comprehensive treatment,because of its characteristics of "informatization,standardization and refinement,dynamic,humane",provides a beneficial exploration and using for reference to solve the relevant problems of the construction of the grassroots party and government construction.Therefore,the author through the study of promoting grass-roots party and government building an effective way to make full use of "big information" and "big supervision" concept,learn from the ongoing innovation of social governance grid management model,pay attention to highlight the work style,Setting up the grid of clean and honest administration and constructing a new model of grid supervision and management.Taking the NC county as an example,this paper studies the practice of grid management model applied to grassroots level and clean government construction problem-oriented,form the personalized style of the cultivation of clean government grid management implementation plan and look forward to the construction of CPC conduct and of a clean government in rural grassroots with grid management pattern application development direction.
