An ageing population is an important social problem facing the world.Along with the increase in the elderly population,the elderly pension problem is highlighted as a social problem.In the background of urbanization and new rural construction vigorously promote,the rural elderly endowment problem increasingly caught the attention of all parties.Young adults in rural areas of a large number of outflow and the welfare of the urban and rural dual supply system had a great influence on the rural elderly pension problem,along with the aging of the population increase and the weakening of family pension function,our country rural old-age welfare supply problems to be solved in the elderly.In this paper,the rural elderly people as the research object,research problem for the rural elderly welfare supply.The study of rural elderly welfare supply problems show the life status of the elderly in rural areas in China,not only to solve the problem of growing rural elderly welfare supply has positive significance,alleviate the current rural old-age welfare supply pressure,realize the old be raised in the elderly.And help to perfect the existing rural elderly welfare system,so as to realize the integration of social welfare supply system,promote the completion of the well-off society.This paper choose jiangxi central A aged 60 and above the county rural elderly people as investigation object,adopts the method of depth interviews and participant observation to collect research materials,trial content analysis and secondary analysis method to analyze research data.In this paper,using the welfare triangle theory from three aspects: state,market,family for the welfare of the elderly in rural areas in China supply were analyzed,and the research status quo of the rural elderly welfare supply source,explore the main factors influencing the rural elderly welfare supply.Rural elderly welfare needs multiple subject,family,country,market as the main source of welfare supply,neither side can independence for the welfare of the rural elderly people with enough supply.The present situation,the only feasible way to solve the rural elderly welfare supply is to form a common resultant force,in order to satisfy the demands of the rural elderly welfare supply.
