As the most active,creative and valuable element of all the production factors,human resources is the key resources of the organization.On the other side,post management is the supplement of the organization management,as well as the support for optimizing the human resources.Only when the person-post is well fit can the organization develops and grows strongly.In main charge of supervising and managing the food and drug,whether can Zhengzhou Food and Drug Administration performs its duties well is essential for the country and the civilization.On the basis of summarizing a lot of researches,this thesis analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of management in Zhengzhou Food and Drug Administration,and built a model,consisted of post establishment and personal ability by using the method of person-post fit,to improve the level of management.And a series of supporting measures(including career-planning,performance appraisal and payment system)are proposed to promote the human resource allocation.Meanwhile,the process of person-post fit is dynamic,so it should be improved in the future.The human resource reform in Zhengzhou Food and Drug Administration can carry out by using this method of person-post fit,as well as other institutions. |
