Study On The Status Quo,Problems And Countermeasures Of Marine Monitoring Law Enforcement In Dongguan

In recent years, with the frequent disputes in the waters surrounding the incident, China has strengthened supervision in maritime law enforcement efforts, both to protect the legitimate rights and interests of China’s ocean,but also for the illegal use of the sea and maritime smuggling and other illegal cases provide strong security,maritime law enforcement plays an important role in current China marine management, especially in the marine environment, the country is also increasing investment in terms of law enforcement surveillance, human, financial and material resources to better safeguard, and has achieved a certain effect.Taking Dongguan city as an example, the investigation and Research on the current situation of law enforcement surveillance. Dongguan sea area is vast, rich marine fishery resources, so in the law enforcement surveillance is one of the key areas. How to strengthen law enforcement surveillance, security and maintenance of maritime rights and interests related to the development of marine resources in Dongguan city of Dongguan City, for the maintenance of marine production order also plays an important role. A reference for the improvement and development of Dongguan city to promote the work of law enforcement surveillance.
