| With the constant maturity of Internet technology,especially mobile Internet technology,political participation through network is influencing and changing people’s political life,not only changing public’s concept of political participation and broadening their participating channels,but also improving government management,making government’s decision-making more scientific,promoting political stability as well as social harmony,and encouraging the process of socialist democracy.Compared with traditional political participation,political participation through network has clear advantages,which is more convenient,efficient,flexible,extensive and so on,greatly promoting the construction of Chinese democratic politics.At present,China’s political participation through network is still in the exploration period.Due to the lack of enough standardization and management,many difficulties still exist in the network political participation of Chinese citizens.From the perspective of government,for example: network ruling concepts and perfect legal system design are lacked.From the perspective of citizens: people’s cultural foundation about political participation is weak,and their political participation qualities are insufficient.In addition,information gaps lead to the imbalance of network political participation.All these factors have hindered the healthy and orderly development of Chinese political participation through network.According to these dilemmas faced by Chinese citizens in their network political participation process,and taking its current situation ofstandardized development as the basis,this paper explores the standardized development path of political participation through network mainly from the following several aspects:improving laws and regulations of network political participation;maintaining unimpeded effective information;cultivating and improving political participation level of citizens;improving network political ecology;guiding and regulating online public opinions,etc. |
