Research On The Law Regulation Of Sino-Russian Border Trade

In recent years the continuing economical growth and deepening of Sino-Russian strategic partnership have led to the rapid development of border trade.Sino-Russia relations are developing in every aspect of social life.Border trade is an important part of bilateral trade cooperation.Due to the differences between the legal systems,it is inevitable to avoid contradictions and conflicts that appear in the process of communication.Through the analyzing the current law regulation of Russian border trade,comparing Russian and Chinese legal systems,exploring a substantial amount of data,using a theoretical analysis,the author discussed from various perspectives the crucial problems of Sino-Russian border trade,described the law regulation of Sino-Russian border trade,suggested some ideas to improve the Russian law regulation of border trade.From this work one can have some basic idea about the concept of the border trade,learn more about the current situation of Sino-Russian border trade and the problems that Russia and China have to face when cooperating in the field of border trade.This paper is made up of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the main reasons of choosing this topic of work.Besides,it presents the results of research made by the Russian and foreign scholars in this field of study.More than that,the first chapter presents the main research methods and the structure of paper work.The second chapter contains basic theory of border trade,the current situation of Sino-Russian border trade cooperation and Sino-Russian border trade existing problems.The third chapter presents law regulation of Sino-Russian border trade and the problems that Russia and China have to face during its regulation.The forth chapter presents some suggestions to the improving of the regulation of border trade.Finally,the author makes a conclusion on the law regulation of Sino-Russian border trade.
