Research On The Root And Balance Mechanism About The Political Ecology

Since the CPC's Eighteenth National Congress,the strategic layout of "Four Comprehensiveness" ?the overall layout of "Five in One" and the new normal of Chinese economy have been proposed in succession and especially increased efforts have been made to build a clean government and combat corruption and the eight-point code to cut bureaucracy and maintain close ties with the people.To tackle corruption,the Party must crack down on the “flies” at the bottom and the “tigers” higher up.A new political environment and climate has emerged and political ecology has gradually come to most people's attention.With rapid economic and social development,improved living standards have,well-developed information network and effective supply-side reform,the problems of officialdom ecology happened frequently and were posted on the Internet.As a result,the voice of strengthening Party discipline comprehensively and building a country under the rule of law becomes louder and ecological politics is increasingly becoming the focus of people's attention.As a local leading cadre working in a county-level party committee government,based on the actual regional framework,I have deeply experienced and given much thought to political ecological problems,thus making an effort to contribute to the building of political ecology by combining the studies of theory and practice.The concept of ecological politics mainly explores political phenomena from an ecological perspective,with its key to the analysis of present situation of our country's political environment,its core lying in the construction of a measurement index system of political ecological balance,and its function as the route selection of constructing political ecological balance.At present,the political ecological problems have risen to the national strategic level.General Secretary Xi Jin ping has mentioned this in many of his key-note speeches and many experts and scholars have followed up to do research on macroeconomic policy and theory in full swing.The current studies mainly focus on the political ecological issues and path choices,but there is little research on the economic and social roots of the political ecological problems and the measurement index system of political ecological balance and the balance mechanism.This article makes a systematical analysis of the construction of political ecology,dives deep into the economic and social roots of these issues,and proposes the concept of a measurement index system for political ecological balance.It also explores the establishment of early warning mechanism,and puts forward positive suggestions and countermeasures in relation to the construction of path selection of political balance.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is a brief introduction to the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and methods as well as innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter is about the relevant theories of political and ecological construction,and discusses the connotation,characteristics,theoretical basis and practical value of political ecology,outlining the theoretical framework of the political ecological construction.The third chapter is the analysis of China's present situation of political ecology construction,which analyzes the process and results of China's political ecology construction,and the existing problems of China's political ecology,the economic and social roots of political ecological problems,thus providing necessary reference to the proposal of a measurement index system for the political balance.Chapter four puts forward the index system to measure the political ecological balance,aiming to measure regional political ecology conditions by quantifiable index values and establish a scientific index system.This chapter also explores the establishment of early warning mechanism of political ecology and gives a preliminary definition of the critical values of both the single index and comprehensive index.Chapter five explores the construction of the path selection of political ecological balance from the perspectives of political belief,evaluation system,political and ecological culture,non-governmental organizations(NGO)and public power operating mechanism,devoted to realizing the benign balance of regional political ecology and promoting sustained and healthy economic and social development.
