A Study On The Impact The Urbanization Of Landless Peasants—Taking Yishui County As An Example

With the increase of land demand caused by the development of urbanization,the problem of land losing farmers is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the citizenization of land lost farmers is the problem that must be faced and solved.It's of great significance to study and understand the influencing factors of the landless peasants' citizenization,to grasp the essence of the citizenization of the landless peasants,to formulate reasonable policies,and to promote the development of landless peasants.Based on Berg's theory,Lewis' s push and pull two structure in urban and rural areas,the petty-Clark theorem and Schultz's human capital theory as the theoretical basis,taking Yishui County as the research object,on the basis of grasping the development situation of farmers landless citizens on two aspects mainly from personal factors of l-andless farmers' and external factors analysis.Finally,the paper establishes a model to analyze the main influencing factors of landless peasants' citizenization.The regression results of the landless peasant showed that there are 7 main factors affecting the urbanization of farmers,according to the level of significance is as follows: the change of income,transportation,education,land dependence,land acquisition before employment type,age,the current living environment.The income,transportation,education,land before the type of employment and living environment and the landless farmers' citizenization intention was positively correlated,and the dependence on land and age of the two factors and the peasants' citizenization is negatively correlated.Logistic regression results reveal that changes in income,personal factors of education,dependence on the land of urbanization,land acquisition before the decision affects the employment type and the age of the landless peasants is very large,the external factors,the living environment of large public traffic impact on the decision of landless peasants.Whether it is personal factors or environmental factors are subject to the policy,therefore,at the end of this paper,from the economic development and the reform of the household registration system,improve policies,improve personal ability,strengthen the community construction and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,hope to raise the level of urbanization.
