Comprehensive Evaluation Of The People's Livelihood Based On Mayor's Public Telephone

Based on the statistical point of view,this article analyzes and evaluates the government complaints and the people's livelihood by using the public telephone data of the mayor as the statistical sample and the qualitative and quantitative analysis method.On the one hand,through the eigenvector analysis of the government data of the mayor's public telephone,the article analyzes and explores the overall changes of the 10 government complaints,so as to understand the overall situation of the relevant government complaints and evaluate the implementation effect of the government functions.The results indicate that there are significant declines in the number of government complaints related to the period from 2005 to 2009,and there is an increasing trend of relevant government complaints since 2010.On the other hand,the article construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the people 's livelihood based on the mayor's public telephone,and then use the TOPSIS method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index.The purpose is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of several areas and people's livelihood situation,and analyze its five-year trend.The results indicate that the overall situation of people's livelihood has improved from 2011 to 2015.
