Due to historical and geographical reasons,China’s poverty has been around for a long time.To solve this problem,The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to poverty alleviation work,and formulate a series of policy measures.Especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,the state has referred to poverty alleviation work at a new level.This article based on the overall situation of national poverty alleviation work to analysis on the Policy Evolution and Practical Exploration of Poverty Alleviation since the Reform and Opening-up.It is of great significance to understand the country’s poverty alleviation policy,explore different poverty alleviation modes and understand the national poverty alleviation work in the new period.The full text is divided into four parts.The introduction part mainly introduces the significance of the research,the current situation of domestic and foreign research and the idea and method of article research.The first part of the paper expounds the importance of poverty alleviation.The second part elaborates the five stages of the Chinese Communist Party’s poverty alleviation policy since the reform and opening up.The third part mainly elaborates the main practice forms and the effect of the Chinese Communist Party’s poverty alleviation policy since the reform and opening up.The third part mainly elaborates the main practice form of the Communist Party of China’s poverty alleviation policy since reform and opening up and its effectiveness evaluation.The fourth part summarizes the experience of the evolution of poverty alleviation policy since the reform and opening up.
