On The Perfection Of Administrative Law Enforcement System At County Level

The reform of administrative law enforcement system is the focus and focus of our party,state and government work at the current stage.County government in our administrative system at the grassroots level,is to build the rule of law government,the administrative law enforcement system reform forward position.Whether the success of administrative law enforcement system reform depends largely on the reform of administrative law enforcement system at the county level level.However,due to many factors,China's current county-level government administrative law enforcement system there are still many problems,need to improve.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the problems in the administrative law enforcement system and find out the reasons for the existence of these problems and find out the way to solve these problems.This paper attempts to study the status quo,the problems and the reasons of the administrative law enforcement system at the county level from the perspective of administrative law.Through a large number of literature collection and analysis,a comprehensive and detailed study of the county administrative law enforcement system problems and improve the method.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly to clarify the concept of county-level administrative law enforcement system,at the same time discuss the study of the theory in theory and practice two aspects of significance;the second chapter focuses on the analysis of the current county government administrative law enforcement system problems.In the analysis of the problem,we try to summarize the horizontal dimension from the content of the law enforcement work and the vertical dimension of the administrative law enforcement work.Among them,the horizontal dimension of the problem,including the development of normative documents exist,the level of law enforcement is not high,administrative discretion is limited.The third chapter is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the administrative law enforcement system of the county-level government;the third chapter is the analysis of the problems in the administrative law enforcement system of the county-level government;the third chapter is the analysis of the problems in the administrative law enforcement system of the county-The main contents are the perfect suggestions on the problems existing in the administrative law enforcement system of the county-level government,and the two dimensions of the horizontal and vertical induction of the problem are summarized in the structure.The fifth chapter for the conclusion,the main summary of the content of this article,and the expected results achieved.The innovation of this paper lies in the following: firstly,the paper analyzes the problems and solutions of the administrative law enforcement system at the county level in a comprehensive and detailed manner,taking the county level government as the research level of the relative grassroots level.The research on the administrative law enforcement system in our country is relatively macroscopic and rough.Secondly,in the study of the existing problems and perfect methods of the administrative law enforcement system at the county level,this paper attempts to study the content of the law enforcement work of the county government Horizontal dimension,and the elements of administrative law enforcement to cut into the longitudinal dimension to analyze and summarize the problem,changed the current administrative law enforcement system analysis of the fragmented and one-sided.
