Research On Capacity Building Of "Transition Community" From The Perspective Of Self-organization Theory

In the process of urbanization,it is of great significance to promote the construction and development of the community towards a good trend,which is of great significance to the stability of social order and harmonious interpersonal relationship.In the community construction,as a rural community in transition to city community the Development Zone,"Transitional Community" has some characteristics of the city community while retaining the original living habits of the rural community,but also from the village,it is a special phenomenon in the process of rapid Chinese City,and has the typical characteristics of the transition period.Compared to the urban community construction,transformation community has its own specific characteristics.Faced with these specific characteristics,"Transitional Community" has become an important issue.Specially,Self organizing ability construction of "transformation community" which is produced after the change of social structure has gradually come into the research field of professors.For the community,self-organization is a mechanism of community,and it is also an important ability of community in the process of construction and development.Because the community can rely on self-organization of self integration,development and maintenance.On the basis of emphasizing the inherent law of respect for community development and under the support of the party and the government’s policies,laws and financial support,community self organization can effectively gather individual strength,and give full play to the overall advantages.This paper mainly makes scientific exploration and rigorous research about problems in self organizing ability construction of "transformation community.Under the guidance of the self-organization theory,this paper selects the X community in Shijiazhuang city as a case study by questionnaire survey.On the basis of the theoretical research of the comprehensive scholars,in this paper,the self organizing ability is quantified as five indexes,it includes resource integration,self-management ability,self service ability,resident participation ability,self organization network structure and development degree.And Using the questionnaire to analyze the quantitative results,The problems in the construction of the ability of transformation community were found.The results of the questionnaire are analyzed and sorted out by SPSS statistical analysis software.Through the descriptive analysis of the results of the questionnaire,this paper sums up the problems existing in the capacity building of the transformation community,for example: Community participation is not strong.The structure and development of community self organizing network is lagging behind.The ability of resource integration is weak.community neighborhood committee failed to reflect and safeguard the interests of residents.The overall service effectiveness of community volunteers is not satisfactory.Through analyzing the self organizing ability of the X community,it is concluded that this kind of community is suitable for self organization construction.And this construction mode accords with the thought of the construction of new countryside in our country.Based on the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the corresponding solutions to the problems.Specific countermeasures can be summarized as the following five points: Improving the ability of community residents to participate.Strengthening the construction of community self organizing network structure.Enhancing the awareness of community building and the importance of professional.improving the interaction between community residents and residents.carrying out special community volunteer service activities.Finally,analyzing and thinking on the results of questionnaire,and collating and summarizing on the problems and countermeasures of the "Transitional Community",we are found problems in building their own unique ability,combined with the actual situation of the community under the premise.Solving the problems is not only help to promote the community construction level of Transitional Community,but also has practical value for reference to solve the problem of community or similar construction of ability improvement.
