The constitution of the Communist Party of China(hereinafter referred to as the party constitution)is a constitution formulated by a political party in order to ensure the unity of the whole party in political,ideological and organizational and action.One of the biggest parties of the party is the development history of the party from immature to mature and strong.It is the development process of the party constitution from embryonic form to relatively mature,and it is the course of the party’s path from exploration to correct establishment.In this paper a seven to the party constitution as the angle of view,starting from the China Communist Party Congress to explore China conditions,comprehensive analysis of the text,study the historical evolution of the Communist Party of China,change and development analysis of the main content of the constitution.Through the analysis and synthesis of the main content of the Party cadres work guiding ideology,Party members,party organization system,and explore the characteristics of Party Congress,the party constitution development,realize the particularity of the development in this period.From this,we can get the Enlightenment of promoting and strengthening the party construction at the present stage.In a study to the constitution of the Communist Party of China seven,is conducive to the correct understanding of the party in the inevitability and objectivity of the period of democratic revolution revolutionary road establishment,reflect the law of the development of the party constitution;to adhere to Marx theory and Mao Zedong thought for a correct understanding of the guiding ideology,to enrich and innovate theory and promote socialism;help to establish the constitution consciousness,strengthen party concept,let the requirements into conscious action of the party members and cadres.
