The Transformation: A Study Of The Changes Of The Vietnam Fatherland Fronf Since Innovation

Since the innovation,the Communist Party of Vietnam advocates the innovation on political system.Under such circumstances,Vietnam's fatherland front has also been transformed as part of the Vietnamese political system.The transformation of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front has contributed to a comprehensive understanding of Vietnam's political system and plays an important role in reforming and perfecting the CPPCC.This thesis consists of five chapters.It analyzes the transformation of the Fatherland Front of Vietnam from the five different perspectives including history,structure,function and political status.The first chapter introduces the origin and developmental history of the Fatherland front of Vietnam.The author divides the development history of the Vietnamese national united front into three phases,i.e.,1930-1954,1955-1975 and 1976-1986.By combing the historical background,structure and functions of the former Vietnam's fatherland front,the author establishes the dialectical theory of the transformation of the fatherland front.The second chapter analyzes the change of the organizational system of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front since the innovation,including the enlargement of the constituent members and the strengthening of the organization.The third chapter is to analyze the extended function of Vietnamese Fatherland front,which can be divide into two main parts according to their nature,i.e.,national unification and socialist democracy construction.The fourth chapter discusses the change of relations between the fatherland front and other organizations in the political system since the dialectical innovation,including the relations with the Vietnamese Communist Party,the Vietnamese government,respectively.The fifth chapter compares the Vietnamese fatherland front and the China's CPPCC from three aspects including their organization structure system,function and political status.Since the innovation,Vietnamese Fatherland Front has changed from was a national united front organization,which is only for the party and the Government to publicize policies and advocates,has transformed into a deliberative democratic organization that protects the rights of the people,builds socialist democracy,supervises the operation of the party and the government.Vietnamese FatherlandFront has transformed itself from a propagandist of the party and government to the voice of the people.
