Research And Application Of E-government In Construction Project Bidding Supervision

In recent years,the rapid development of China’s bidding industry,gradually exposed the problems of the traditional regulatory model.Reform of the traditional mode of bidding supervision,to overcome the drawbacks of supervision,has become an urgent need to solve the key issues.Under the background of the current era of China’s e-government construction,the construction project bidding supervision and administration of E-government has become the only way to improve the efficiency and management level of the government administrative departments.In this paper,the relevant literature and the concept of research,under the current legal framework,to carry out the construction project bidding supervision of e-government research,and through an example demonstrates the scientific and feasibility of this article.Since the beginning of 1990 s,e-government has obvious advantages in improving government work efficiency,improving public service and reducing operating cost.Party’s eighteen clearly put forward the relevant specific requirements,the state eight ministries jointly issued a push to improve the management of electronic bidding system,in order to improve the level of supervision of the administrative departments of the government.In many years of development,the local governments have gradually realized that this work in the standard procedures,cost savings and solve various problems in the field of bidding and other aspects of the advantages.Through a large number of literature retrieval,combined with the author’s many years of bidding supervision work experience,on the existing problems and reasons are analyzed,and puts forward some suggestions on the realization of the key links of the e-government,this paper expounds the its in public management the use and effectiveness,and to the next need further exploration and continue to study the direction.Finally,through the study of Tianjin construction engineering trick bidding supervision of government electronic construction process,development status and target realization,practical examples are given to show the in construction engineering bidding bidding of government regulation in the implementation of the E-government is feasible.The research results provide a useful reference for the implementation of E-government in the industry,and it has a positive role in promoting the construction of E-government in various parts of the country.
