The Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Migrant Workers' Citizenship In The Period Of Social Transformation In China

The "13th Five-Year" plan that to promote people-centered new urbanization,promote the ability of stable employment and living in the town of agricultural population transfer family settled into the city.However,at present,our country is in the period of social transformation,the agricultural transfer population has many problems in the city.Taking the migrant workers as an example,this paper analyzes the inevitability and theoretical basis of the citizenization of migrant workers,and analyzes the problems encountered in the process of migrant workers citizenization,and puts forward some countermeasures.This thesis is divided into three parts to discuss systematically.The first part is the necessity of citizenization of migrant workers and the theoretical foundation.The agricultural labor force transfer to the city is an irresistible historical phenomenon,is the inevitable requirement of social transformation.To promote the citizenization of migrant workers have a profound impact on China's urbanization and social structure,as well as economic transformation.Marx and Engels and Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's theory on the relationship between urban and rural areas and humanism provides theoretical support for the people of migrant workers and theoretical guidance for our country to solve the problem of people of migrant workers in the transition period.The second part describes problems and obstacles encountered people of migrant workers in the process.The overall level of productivity development is not high.The reform of social system,including the household registration system,social security system and land system,is relatively behind the reform of economic system.The problems of social environment,including the rupture of urban and rural culture,the social identity of urban residents,the expansion of capital and worship of capital.Finally,the quality of migrant workers do not adapt to the requirements of urbanization.They tend to conservative,and they lack of employability and public quality.The third part aims at putting forward countermeasures for the migrant workers' citizenship in four dimensions,from the promotion of industrialization andurbanization,the strengthening of institutional reform,improve the social environment,and improve the quality of migrant workers.
