Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In China

Food and our lives are closely related,not only related to people's health,but also related to the overall situation of social stability.In recent years,China's food industry has developed rapidly,but there have been some problems,"clenbuterol","Kentucky fast chicken" and other events,a serious blow to the food industry is developing,so that people have a crisis of confidence in China's food,While the government's food safety regulatory capacity also raised doubts.Therefore,we must improve China's food safety supervision system to enhance the government's food safety supervision and implementation capacity.Based on the current situation of food safety supervision in our country,this paper finds out the existing problems of food safety supervision in China and finds out the causes of the problems,draws lessons from the experience of foreign advanced food safety supervision,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve our country Of the food safety supervision system.The whole thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which expounds the background,the significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the research ideas and methods.The second part is the concept of food safety regulation.First,the concept of food,food safety and food safety supervision are explained and defined.And then elaborated the necessity of food safety supervision.The third part is the in-depth analysis of the current situation of food safety supervision in China,find the shortcomings and loopholes in the existing system,and analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth part first analyzes the experience of advanced food safety supervision in the United States,the European Union and Japan,and then through theseexperiences to find the inspiration to the construction of China's food safety system.The fifth part is the combination of China's national conditions,the emergence of the problem from the system and implementation of targeted countermeasures.
