| The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms was adopted at the close of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee in November, 2013. In face of the new situation and tasks, to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and eventually to build a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country and realize the Chinese dream of a great revival of the C hinese nation, we must comprehensively deepen reform at this new historical point.Reform is to change the old and the unreasonable section in national development into a new part which is able to adapt to the change of objective circumstances. Between “brokenness” and “establishment”, the revolution emphasizes the former while the reform counts more on the latter. This is the concrete embodiment of the constructive discourse. Under the background of Comprehensively Deepening Reforms, constructive discourse is playing a more and more important role.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, Comprehensively Deepening Reforms are much more extensive and profound than ever before, which clearly reflects the new requirements of historical development and scientifically reveals the objective law of connection and development. Constructive discourse and its practice method can help us make good use of the la w under the new situation. It is helpful for people all over the world to understand Chinese reform by telling C hinese story, clarifying Chinese road, building C hinese model, and showing C hinese power in constructive discourse.Based on the understanding and researching on constructive discourse, this dissertation explores the origins and characteristics of constructive discourse from the perspective of discourse analysis. Depending on Comprehensively Deepening Reforms, it summarizes the reflects of constructive discourse in five areas: political, economic, cultural, ecological civilization and party building. By refining the features and the functions of constructive discourse, the dissertation tries to prove that the discourse corresponds to today’s Chinese reform and development very well. |
