The pension based on the needs of the elderly, and to explore the specific needs of the elderly and its influencing factors of community care services for the elderly to provide high quality and timely care services, improve the quality of life of older people has a profound practical significance.Theoretical analysis is based, drawing on theories and research on community-based care services, analyzed the current situation in Shenyang City community care service system, the cause of the problem and the problems of existence.
