Citizen political participation behavior has always been an important field of study in the political sociology and political participation behavior is citizens through a variety of legitimate way participate in public decision-making and management action, the vote is political participation in important ways and behavior. The from the social capital theory and the political participation theory, based on the data of China General Social Survey(CGSS2005), to 4560 rural residents as a sample, describes the basic situation of the social capital of China's rural residents of rural residents voting behavior, using stepwise regression analysis model to study the impact of social capital on voting behavior of rural residents. In social capital, social trust is extracted as "community trust", "acquaintance trust", "stranger trust", social network participation merger as a factor analysis. At the same time, two logstic regression models were used to analyze the influence mechanism of control variables, social assistance, social trust and social network participation on the active and passive voting behavior of rural residents.China's rural residents voted active degree is low, social trust, residents of acquaintances and community trust degree is high, the more possible voting behavior, the higher the degree of social assistance, the more possible voting behavior through the verification, the study found. There was no significant relationship between the stranger trust and social network participation and voting behavior.And for the analysis of the impact mechanism of active voting behavior, it is found that there is a significant relationship between social support and social network participation and the active voting behavior of rural residents. The higher the degree of social assistance, the lower the degree of active participation in the voting behavior of rural residents. The higher degree of participation of social networks, the higher the degree of active participation in voting behavior of rural residents. Based on the above analysis and research, the system design is provided from the perspective of social trust, social assistance and social network participation.
