To build the intelligent community model has started becoming popular, becomin g a new model of social management innovation under the new situation, and becoming a development trend of the future cities. Therefore, this thesis takes the old-age communit y services as the center, and commits to building a new intelligence community endowme nt which can suitable to the trend of population aging and the situation of our country end owment. On the basis of analysis the necessity and feasibility of building the intelligent c ommunity, this thesis further dissects the current situation of the development of the intel ligent community endowment, elaborates the development history of the intelligent com munity endowment service, and propos some related problems which need to be solved i n the construction of the intelligence community endowment patterns. Through analysis t wo classic cases advantages and disadvantages of ChangGeng health maintenance culture parks endowment mode in Taiwan and the intelligence community of Zhongjian Propert ys the pearl of the east lake in China, this thesis can take good advantage of both their me rit, to build a new endowment mode of the intelligence community, to provide experience for the future development of our country community endowment.This thesis can be divided into six parts, Chapter One is the introduction, introduces the research background, literature review and the main research significance, the main research contents and methods, innovation and deficiencies;Chapter Two makes a concrete analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the intelligent community endowment model; Chapter There discusses the development present situation of the intelligent community endowment, briefly introduces the development history of the intelligent community endowment, then detailed analysis the status quo of China's urban and rural endowment,and introduces the present situation of the construction of intelligent community endowment.Chapter four puts forward some problems which need to be solved on the basic of analysis the current situation, such as,The impact of traditional concept is too deep;Because of the shortage of founds, limited sources of funds; Infrastructure construction is seriously inadequate;Old-age services is single; The quality of community service is low; Chapter Five studies two classic case; Chapter six draws lessons from the successful experience of the classic case on the basic of combination with intelligent community endowment development at present stage,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the intelligent community endowment model; That is improve the relevant policies and regulations, Strengthen propagating; Raise funds through various channels, Introduction of private capital; Simplify operation,rich services content;Strengthen the pension community construction of the professional team building.
