Research On Government Credibility Based On The Chinese Government Information Disclosure

Government credibility of the government depends on the credibility of the Government members of society to universal norms and recognition given to networks and trust,social order and thus formed.Government,as a universal service as members of social organizations,the extent of its credibility by all acts of government to fulfill its responsibilities reflected,therefore,the degree of credibility of the government is actually public assessment of the Government to fulfill its responsibilities situations.Today,building a socialist harmonious society has become a central goal of China's current social integrity is the inherent requirement of building a harmonious society.Thus,the construction of an honest,public trust in the government,is the ardent desire of all its citizens and urgent requirements.Government credibility is the foundation of social credit system is an important cornerstone of building strong social institutions,a national credit status of "thermometer." For countries,good credibility of the government in terms of political stability,cultural prosperity and economic development plays an important role.How to improve the credibility of the government is the core issue at this stage of my Government should consider in the whole social credit system construction has played a leading role and co-ordination.Build and enhance the credibility of the government is a complex and systematic work,we need all sectors of society and even the changes and efforts of the government departments.The FOI impact on the credibility of the government is the most important and most direct,and therefore improve the situation of China's current FOI,for building honest government,to enhance the credibility of the government has a vital role.Our legislation in the government information disclosure has been relatively lacking,until 2008,was officially "People's Republic of China Government Information Disclosure Ordinance",which is China's first enacted by the national implementation of information disclosure legislation,which makes government information disclosure is not another is a piece of paper talk,and become a legal basis.Issued the "People's Republic of China Government Information Disclosure Ordinance," the implementation of great significance in the integrity of our government build process.The move,so the public can be more involved in government decision-making to improve the transparency of government administration,civic isolation from outside rights system,to make the public more channels to participate in national affairs and supervision to achieve the public role of the outsider to change within the bureau.This not only further protect the public's right to know,and effective public participation in the decision-making government agencies,citizens understand the work of the government,the degree of trust in the government,the higher,the better to build trust in government.However,my government information disclosure in the process there are still many problems,how to properly and effectively carry out information disclosure is the most important issue of open government information need to be addressed,not let rules and regulations superficial,become a dead letter.From government to government information disclosure angle start,a comprehensive summary of open government information on the credibility of the government the most important factor to build,put forward the hypothesis,based on the assumption designing the questionnaire and survey analysis,verify the theoretical hypothesis,and against our government information disclosure many problems exist in the process,and make recommendations to improve the information disclosure of the ways to promote the credibility of the government building.
