Influenced by historical factors, we are currently lack of effective incentive factors on technical police.the technical police are now feel nearly nothing about the incentive work that gave out by administration.the technical polices are face the problem that they may have a short and narrow career path or they can only move to the management position which they are not willing to.all the bad factor made the technical polices lack of the willing to work and some of them may choose to give up their police career.that will badly harm the Specialization of our police team and reduce the efficiency of the police team.the technical management policy we currently use is not longer fit to our job,especially we are in the economic society for too long,the western society already developed plenty of highly matured theories about how to stimulate their workers to do business more efficiency and now the day this theories are accepted and used by more and more modern company.one of this theories is dual career path.theories about the simulation gave us the new tools to work on the the management policy of technical polices. I am using the literature analysis and questionnaire survey technique.trying to solve out problems of the technical police management.and willing to create the situation that the traditional police and the technical police can be promote in two different but connected career paths.
