Research On The Cultivation Of Community Residents' Public Moral Consciousness In The "Village Changed Residence"

Public morality,as an important part of the overall morality of society,is at the basic position in the overall moral system of the society.At the same time,it is the weather vane and measuring device of the whole social morality,and it is also an important guarantee for the development of economic and the progress of society.Today,it is the time of building a harmonious society,so cultivate the residents' consciousness of public moral is important particularly,which is an important ideological and moral foundation for building a harmonious society.At the same time,our country started the construction of urban community gradually,along with the advance of urbanization from 1990 s.Villages,which are in the suburbs,have also been involved in the rolling waves of urbanization.As the result,it produced a new community form-"village change" community,which is different from the city and the village.Due to the influence of the various subjective and objective factors,a seriesviolation of public morality occurred in the "village change" community.Therefore,it is urgent to research on the problem of cultivating public moral consciousness of community residents.The article will elaborate the connotation of the "community change" and the public moral consciousness in detail.It tries to define the connotation of public morality consciousness of the community residents of "community change",which hold the idea that public morality consciousness of the community residents of "community change" should include the understanding of public morality,the concept of public morality,the emotion of public morality and the willpower of public morality.On the basis of this,the questionnaire survey and interviews are used to analyze the status of the public moral consciousness of the community residents.It is found that there are some problems in the public morality of the community residents,which is the slightly understanding of public morality,and a lack of the concept of public morality.It is also biased towards sensibility and the be weak as a whole.Finally,according to the problems of community residents,the author tries to explore the cultivation of public morality consciousness of "community change" residents.It is believed that the cultivation of public morality consciousness of "community change" residents should be carried out from three aspects: community education,community environment and community management,which finally promote theimprovement of public morality consciousness and achieve the smooth transformation of community.The problems of public morality consciousness of community residents are not only hinder the improvement of their own quality,but also affect the construction of harmonious community seriously.Therefore,we must analyze the various factors that affect the public moral consciousness of the community residents systematically,and bring about the reconstruction of the community residents' morality consciousness cultivation system.The study of this paper will have some theoretical and practical value to solve the problem of public morality of community residents and the promotion of social harmony and stability.
