The Current Situation And Development Of Kazakhstan's Political Party System

The political party system in Kazakhstan is a dynamic process.In the early 1990 s,Political parties and social organization of Kazakhstan has arose with the reconstruction of nation structure like “bamboo shoots after a spring rain”,Kazakhstan came into the “Party Warring States Period”.During the early independence of Kazakhstan,the choice of separation of three powers as while as the multiparty politics,both of them provided endogenous power for party to enter parliament and make a difference.The paper holds that as the fundamental connotation,the political party system has been formed One-Party Dominant System under the principle of the multiparty after 25 years transition.From the historical perspective,the validity and authority of political system is a necessary prerequisite for the state and social works properly.This article takes Kazakhstan political party system as the object of study,reveals the inner logic of its political party system and its particularity.The study author is hopeful that provides a useful attempts for the study of political party system in Kazakhstan.This paper argues that,as one of the basic contents of modern state political system,the political system has formed a “one party dominance” in the principle of multiparty system after 25 years.The political party system's formation which is inseparable from the choice of national political system at the beginning of independence.Furthermore its related to the ruling mode and strategy of Nazarbayev as well as influenced by the elite differentiation and the game of political interest groups and the development of domestic economic level.In the process of democratization in Kazakhstan which is formed a party landscape“one superpower and many soft”,although its faces many challenges such as low level ? tribal split and Islamic extremism and so on.Political party alliance will be the mainstream in Kazakhstan.The game between political party and authoritarian politics will promote the development of democracy also as an important factor affecting state power transition.Kazakhstan political party system evolution process has its unique trajectory,no matter Soviet "political birthmark" system inertia's adopt,or political ploy that Nazarbayev used,Kazakhstan already took shape the Nur Otan supremacy while the opposition are in decline.This political pattern is difficult to reverse,but it does not mean that the current regime has eradicated the crisis and challenges.How to alleviate the contradictions and confrontation between the ruling and political forces,how to ensure Nur Otan's inner unity and its leadership in Kazakhstan at the same time how to complete the peaceful transfer of power within the expected time and other issues all challenge the political situation in Kazakhstan.
