| The " eyas project " implemented in Jiangsu province in 1995 opened the preliminary exploration of college student village officials,by March 2008,the central government decided to carry out the work of college student village officials nationwide.However,as a national policy in the national implementation of college student village officials,after all,there is no way to cover every village,community,so in the region also has to follow the practice of college student village officials plan,as a supplement to the national plan.The " village affairs community workers ",which is discussed in this paper,is an effective supplement to the national college student village official plan,for the specific group of the social open recruitment to the base course in Jinjiang city.With the development of village affairs in Jinjiang city,the management system plays a positive and effective role in the standardization of village construction,beautiful countryside construction,the implementation of the party’s rural policy.but in long-term management and training,it also faces new problems and challenges,mainly in three aspects:first,village affairs community workers group career goals and career aspirations have big difference,even every village affairs community worker in their professional growth at different stages of their career expectations are not static,but changes with age,length of service and the environment changes,but in the mode of management is too general and extensive,long-term lack of scientific and reasonable career guidance and management;Second,with the acceleration of the new urbanization in Jinjiang and the improvement of the requirements of boutique villages and towns,the professional quality requirements of the village affairs are also improved,while the promotion of village affairs is bottleneck due to the dual deficiencies of organizational management and self-management;Third,as a manager,simply think village affairs group is to enter the system as the goal,but finally can become a minority of the public officials,and most of the rest,how to guide and cultivate is a big problem that the manager has not face and solve.With these problems,this paper based on the typical significance of the Lin town village full-time workers as the research subject,the introduction of employee-organization relationship theory,choose five representative village of full-time workers for interviews,a questionnaire survey to the 32-bit in-service village full-time workers,and the former British Lin town organization committee to interview.Through analyzing the group differences of career development needs,the village of full-time workers as a career choice and work units in the use of the advantages and disadvantages in the management of the advantages and disadvantages,people are paying attention to village of full-time workers in the process of career growth,should from the perspective of employee organization overall managemen.Organization management put forward five countermeasures from the perspective of organization,build the propaganda of public opinion guide,improve the flow path selection,encouraged to support their own businesses,and improve the mechanism of education management,completes the career guide,and suggested three self management from a personal perspective,respectively to self-awareness and evaluation,clear career needs and goals,career planning is adjusted. |
