Social Work Involved In The Welfare Dependency Of Urban Low-maintenance Subjects

System of safeguard of townsman lowest life,is a country in order to solve the difficulties of life in urban areas and establish a social assistance system,the primary stage of socialism is an important content of the social security system in our country.Implement the system,especially the standard unified gradually,as this system of safeguard of townsman lowest life to expand the relief scope,improve the level of the relief,make our country social welfare work into the specification and the legalization of the management track.Low system can solve the problem of many families of basic life safeguard,but the resulting,some healthy body,the intelligence level of normal level object content with the status quo,don’t want to own,this kind of phenomenon we call it welfare dependency.Welfare dependence,unfair distribution means the loss of social wealth and also part of life and welfare dependants’ life development,is one of the important issues of social work should focus on.This paper is based on the practice of social work intervention in the social problem.Object of the author in view of the low problem of welfare dependence,adopt the method of social work and patterns,combined with the actual situation of the LS in the city community,the community out of seven representative case,using the method of group work intervention,in order to make them build up the consciousness of active work,and rich professional skills,gradually get rid of the dependence on the welfare of the poor,better into the work and social life.On the basis of this,the paper summarizes and reflects on the solution of the problem of welfare dependency and the practice of social work.
