Author’s attention to the third person of liability insurance contract was attracted by phenomenon of frequently compensation to be obtained by the third person of liability insurance contract with the help of lawsuit.By explaining the concept and the status of the third person of liability insurance contract,it analyzes the particularity of the third person of liability insurance contract and cost of the rights protection.From the relief status of current Chinese third person of insurance contract,reason of weak operation mechanism is analyzed.Based on our practical situation,advantaged measures are learned by comparing with various operating modes from Britain,Japan,Korea and Hongkong.At last,court mediation and Industry Association mediation establishment for the third person of liability insurance contract is proposed to connect litigation and non litigation.The author’s willingness of taking more social responsibilities in insurance industry is expressed accordingly.
