The Research On The Pattern Of Community-Home Caring For The Old Persons In Shanghai

In recent years,with the rapid development of our social economy,people’s life level has much enhancement,the degree of population aging in Shanghai is becoming more and more serious.The elderly,as a special group of the society has made much contribution to our society,it is our common responsibility to make the elderly have the better life.Especially,after our country entering aging society,“solving the problem of pension service,making each old people happy”has become the important goal of building a harmonious society.In this article,through analyzing the present situation of population aging in Shanghai,we can find that the high degree of population aging is mainly present in Shanghai,and,the population aging speed of Shanghai is far faster than the western developed countries,which not only affects the level of elderly support,also have important influence on the development of pension mode.At the same time,along with the rapid development of social economy,rising living standards,the elderly pension demand is getting a lot of diversification,finally,the mode of family pension and institution endowment cannot meet the demand of the elderly endowment.Home-care service mode is a new endowment mode,which is the combination of family endowment and institution endowment,and,it not only can share the pressure of family pension,also can make up the lack of institutional pension.This paper carried on the comprehensive analysis and research,which adopts literature analysis method,reference analysis method and practical investigation method about Shanghai community home endowment pattern.The full text is mainly divided into six chapters,the first chapter and the second chapter,mainly analyze the research background,research significance and the basic concept of community-home caring patterns and the related theory.The third chapter analyzes the development background and current situation of the community endowment patterns of Shanghai,and,the fourth chapter takes Yangpu district as the study case,making the investigation in Yangpu district,which analyze the problems existing in the Yangpu district community-home caring patterns,namely the community-home caring service still cannot meet the demand of the elderlypension services,professional supervision vacancy phenomenon,and the channel of community endowment capital source is single.Then,the article analyzes the causes of these problems.The fifth chapter studies the community endowment patterns of UK,Canada,Japan and Singapore,drawing lessons from the successful experience of community endowment,such as clearly defining the endowment functions of the government in the community endowment,attaching importance to the construction of community endowment,encouraging social organizations,enterprises and non-profit organizations to support community-home caring service,realizing the diversity of community-home caring service.The sixth chapter proposes some feasible suggestions to perfect the Shanghai community-home caring pattern on the basis of above discussion,namely,clarifying the government pension responsibility,improving the facilities of community-home caring pattern and speeding up the information construction of retirement community;The final part is the conclusion which makes the summary of community-home caring pattern on the basis of the analysis and research.
