The Predicament And Outlet Of The New-generation Peasant Workers' Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,This is due to the fertile material resources of our country and the correct guidance of the Party Central Policy,While the rich labor resources is also the power of China's economic development.At present,China is in the process of change,economic reform and labor reform are complementary and inseparable,the identity of migrant workers bear the brunt of the reform.With the older generation of migrant workers fading out of the public view,the new generation of migrant workers has began to making a figure in our society,becoming the main body of migrant workers in the various industries.They have made great contributions to social development.Their development and China's economic development is proportional,meanwhile,whether they can urbanized smoothly is also related to the harmonious development of society.At present,many provinces and cities have introduced a series of policies aimed at promoting the new generation of migrant workers into the process of urbanization,however,because of its longer problems,a larger range,the reform frequently blocked.At the same time,many new generation of migrant workers in our city can not enjoy the equal treatment as the urban residents,including housing,health care,employment,children's education and other issues are particularly evident,the heart contradictions of them is increasingly deepening.In the long run,this is not only hinder China's economic development,but also harm to the harmony of society.Therefore,breaking the dual structure of urban and rural areas,accelerating the new generation of migrant workers into the city is the only road to develop China's economy at this stage,at the same time,the relevant reform is imperative.Based on the aboved points,this article insists on the idea of people-oriented,based on the Marxist theory,combined with the relevant scholars in recent years,making the use of the questionnaire approach,combined the theory with the practice to investigate the problem of the new generation of migrant workers.The article expounds the related concepts of the new migrant workers and the urban integration,and affirms its effect on social development.And summarizes the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and the meaning of their urban integration.Then the article launched a questionnaire survey and analysis.The study focuses on the new generation of migrant workers basic information,social security,medical care,employment,children's education and other hot issues questionnaire survey.The survey has found that migrant workers are now generally at lower level,gender ratio tends to balance,higher education level,more willingness to immerge into the city,however,at the same time,social security,medical education and other issues have not been resolved.In addition,the new generation of migrant workers has simple leisure activities and a small range of friends,their problems of making friends need more attention from the community.Based on the research,it is found that the new generation of migrant workers is now into the institutional and non-institutional obstacles.Institutional barriers include household registration system,social security system,employment system,education system and land system.Non-institutional obstacles include identity dilemma,single interpersonal relationship,political integration,low ideological and lower moral level,economic disorder and difficulty in marriage.By analyzing these obstacles,it finds out the causes of their urban dilemma to put forward the ideas of solving the dilemma.based on the above research,the article gives a feasible solution.Through the reform of the household registration system,it breaks the dual structure,improving the social security system for the new generation of migrant workers to enjoy fair benefits,and enhances their competitiveness by improving their professional skills ?ideological and moral standards,also concerns about their mental state,through the whole Social co-operation,strengthening its political identity,realizing the real completion of urban integration.The issue of urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers is a long-term problem that requires the joint efforts of the whole society,and can not be achieved overnight.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some reference for breaking the secondary barrier and accelerating the integration of the new generation of migrant workers.
